1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All items available for purchase on Half Dead LLC are offered on a pre-order basis. Orders will be fulfilled within 60 days from the date of purchase. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days after fulfillment)
Expedited Shipping (Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after fulfillment)
International Shipping (Delivery times vary by location)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Delays
Due to the nature of pre-orders, fulfillment times may vary. We strive to meet our 60-day fulfillment timeline, but unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates if delays arise.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Half Dead LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with the shipping carrier and file a claim if necessary. Contact us for further assistance.

6. International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this period.
